Courses run over a period of 5 weeks. We get together for 1.5 hours every week for 5 weeks. This gives you time to do your own reflection and discoveries between the sessions.
Workshops run for 2-7 hours depending on the workshop on the one day for an intensive investigation in one particular area. Scroll down for an overview of our workshops.

Much of what holds us back from getting more from life are our thoughts and emotions. We will keep getting the same results if we don’t do something differently. A simple way to start doing things differently is to think and react differently. This course is designed to help you do just that in a safe and caring environment.

Clearing Your Negative Thoughts Extension course
Be more relaxed and have a happier approach to life. There are shifts in your thinking available to you as you build on what you have learnt in the introductory Clearing Your Negative Thoughts course. This intensive clearing course looks more closely at your core beliefs. It gives you the opportunity to become free from life-long negative moods, feelings, and behavioural patterns, and then feel the freedom to be more open, loving, joyful and creative.
5 weeks, 1.5 hours

Motivation course – On the Move
Getting started, staying motivated, and finding time can stop us from doing what needs to be done or what we really wat to do. Taking action can require resources from within (focus, commitment, choices) and from without (other people, equipment, time and so on). The best way to stay motivated is often with the support of others.
If you are interested in becoming part of a group that is focused on staying motivated, much like a mastermind group, the “On the Move” course is for you. We will workshop motivation strategies, find time to talk about things that stand in our way and discover what is needed to stay on track, be motivated, and get things done.
One hour every second week for 5 sessions with a contribution of $97 to attended the sessions.

Good posture makes a noticeable difference to your youthfulness and assists in your well- being and ability to cope with daily physical demands. You may have learnt about posture at a young age however what you knew then probably no longer applies. Posture needs to be flexible and adaptive. These classes will show you the fine details you need to be able to hold your best posture. There is a theory and practical component to each session. You might feel taller, and look slimmer and you will definitely feel better with good posture.

Workshops
Hear Your Body
So much of our busy lifestyle dissociates us from our body. Even when we take time out to exercise we can neglect to tune into our body and its wisdom.
This course will give you ideas on how to generate longevity, health, and healing by connecting to your body. You will become more aware of your body, its language and how it communicates with you. This is not an exercise class, though there will be body movement, so please wear clothing suitable for movement. This course will be suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
Discover physical, emotional and intuitive connections to your body with the view to feel better, promote health and ultimately healing. The course consists of 5 sessions held every second Saturday for an hour.
